Only days on the road, hurricane Isaac popped it's ugly head on the forecast trail along the west coast of Florida....my home and my boat's berth.
So, very quickly, I booked plane tickets on SW airlines from Denver to Tampa so i could save my boat if necessary.
I drove hard and got close to Denver, from Montana before 'forecasts' showed I could probably relax and just drive home at a slower pace.
Now, a week or so later, I'm in Nacogdoches, Texas getting some work done on the new coach.
